It was my job as team leader to choose who would be guaranteed a spot on the team. Unfortunately this meant each member had to go through the process of initiation. Most of them were so vulnerable they didn't care what they had to do, it could've been an encounter with a vicious dog, or a cur. As long as it meant a spot on the team, they were willng to do anything.
