  • I can write a properly punctuated sentence.
Today's Agenda:
  1. "An American Childhood" Plot Review
  2. Art or Drama? (Storyboard or Slide Show?)
  3. Exit Ticket #2: Tell us something about the first week of winter trimester. Remember that "I" is capitalized and "I'm" has an apostrophe.
Storyboard Requirements:
  • Reread the chase scene - from "Often, of course ..." (226) to "He caught us and we all stopped" (227).
  • Pick four important events to illustrate.
  • For each event, include a quotation that helps us understand your illustration. Copy the author's words directly. Put the author's words in quotation marks and put the page number in parentheses after the quotation.
